Hydromx is an organic, alkaline solution. Its density and flow resistance is the same as water. Besides, due to its high boiling point, its vapour pressure is low. It protects the heating system better than water and does not damage the system parts with these properties.

The corrosion caused in low ph levels and by hydrogen in created more under the segregates. One of its types is the hydrogen breaking. Besides, decarburization is caused by the reaction of hydrogen breaking and the carbon inside the metal.

The lower parts of the segregates on the surface of the metals cause the creation of local corrosion by creating various potential differences.
