Water used in the heating system is heated inside the heat exchanger and transferred to the cooler core While the water is heated, a part of the heat coming from the boiler first heats the exchangers and then heats the water inside. During this heating, a portion of heat is combined to the air from the chimney by the help of a ventilator.

Becasue Hydromx water mixture captures the heat in the exchanger to its structure better than water, the heat released from the chimney and combined to the air is transferred to the  area that will be heated, better by Hydromx water mixture.

When the water in the heating system is heated, the dissolved oxygen proportion which has poor heat conductivity increases. Hydromx water mixture is more heat conductive compared to water itself due to oxygen deficiency.

Does Hydromx damage the heating systems?

Hydromx is an organic, alkaline solution. Its density and flow resistance is the same as water. Besides, due to its high boiling point, its vapour pressure is low. It protects the heating system better than water and does not damage the system parts with these properties.

What is the difference between Hydromx and water

When the water in the heating system is heated, the dissolved oxygen proportion which has a low heat conductivity increases. Hydromx water mixture has a better heat conductivity compared to water due to the deficiency of oxygen. It prevents any damages during freezing such as cracking etc. Because the freezing point is lower than that of the water. It prevents calcification. Because the lime which the city water contains decreases as per the proportion of Hydromx, it protects from the harmful effects which the sytem is exposed to due to calcification.

How much of Hydromx must be used ?

For an ideal efficiency the ratio between the water inside the heating system – Hydromx mixture must be 50% - 50% in normal conditions. These ratios may vary in direction of technical team reports according to the climates of some regions and the structural property of the water used in heating systems.

Can I get an efficiency when Hydromx is added to the heating system less than 50% ratio?

Because the active substance is decreased, by adding less than 50% ratio of Hydromx to the heating system will decrease the efficiency.
How does Hydromx get transferred to the heating system? Hydromx is transferred by discharge valve of the heating system or by the dump valve of the cooling cores. How do I understand that Hydromx that has been transferred to the heating system has decreased or not in time?

Is it hazardous on human health?

Hydromx is made up of organic chemicals. It won’t give any harm if not exposed to it for a long time but below cautions that are listed must be paid attention to: 

• Hydromx is undrinkable, and shall not be mixed with drinking or utility waters.
• In case of the leakage of the heating system, gloves shall be used for any interfere (dish washing gloves etc.).
• In case of skin contact with Hydromx, washing with plenty of water shall be applied and no cleaning products such as soap etc. shall be used.
• In case of eye contact with Hydromx, the eye shall be washed with plenty of water.
